Opens Company in Andover, MA. Focus on helping real estate agents learn to use "these new things called computers" with consulting, training and technical support services for small brokers.

1992
Develops company line of computers with integrated software and support. Regional sales of computers and training help drive expansion of company to 20 employees. Move to new headquarters in downtown Andover, MA.

1994
Invited to speak to the New England Regional Conference, delivering seminars on implementation strategies for emerging technologies. Started touring country teaching seminars for real estate associations and brokers.

1995
Nominated to Region 9 VP of the Board of Directors for Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). Regularly appearing column on technology begins appearing in REALTOR magazines across the country. Develops series of seminars around "No Geek Speak" and "No Sales Pitch" approach to counteract the "infomercial" approach to real estate technology education that pervades the industry. Appears on state conventions nationwide.

1996
Opens education division of company, called the Real Estate Technology Center, focused on consulting and training services. Appears on NAR Annual Conference. Opens five training classrooms in New England, offering hands-on training for new software applications.

1998
Reaches milestone of teaching in every state in America. Closes hardware division to focus exclusively on consulting, training and support services. Articles syndicated to European industry media. Offers one of America´s first online courses.

1999
Launches new initiative: The TECH HOTLINE - America´s first one-stop, all-topic technical support help desks exclusively for real estate professionals. Service expands to support 10,000 REALTORS within first year.

2000
TECH HOTLINE expansion continues, reaching 50,000 user mile stone.

2001
Company reorganizes under new name: Matthew Ferrara Seminars Inc. to focus further on training and support.

2002
Company expands instructor cadre and doubles number of seminars offered nationwide. TECH HOTLINE chosen as Coldwell Banker Real Estate world-wide help desk, reaching 150,000 user mile stone.

2003
Company chosen as new help desk for all Cendant Brands' email users. TECH HOTLINE reaches 600,000 users milestone.

2005
Launch of new company name: Matthew Ferrara & Company to encompass the expansion of services offered. Selected by Cendant to provide consulting service to Cendant's exclusive Preferred Client Group (PCG).

2007
