Translate Voice Messages with Jott

Technology is always on the move…which is good for Matthew Ferrara & Company, since the focus of our organization is “Modernizing the Business of Real Estate” through technology!

We’re always on the look out for emerging technologies, so when we recently came across a fairly new tool called Jott, we thought it would be good to share the information with our CyberExperts.

What’s Jott? Simply stated, it’s a tool that allows you to translate voice messages into text that can be emailed to yourself or to groups of people. So, for those of us who want a quick message capture tool with a follow up email reminder of what we said, this might be the right tool to use.

Tech Tip #2: Have Outlook Email Replies Sent To Another Person

There may be instances when you would like replies to your emails sent to another person; perhaps an assistant or a colleague who is covering for you while you’re away from your office. Here’s a quick way to set this up:

  1. Create your email message.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Under Delivery options, select the “Have replies sent to:” check box.
  4. Type the name of another person or click Select Names to select from a list.

When your recipient replies to your email, it will automatically route to your designated person(s).
