Our Booking Process
Every day we get requests for program dates many months in advance, as you can see from our current schedule. So if you are planning a tech fair, education\ program, convention or agent retreat, the best thing to do is reserve your date early. We book on a first-come, first-served basis and can hold your date for 7 days until you confirm by contract.

1. Pick a Course!
Our seminar catalog has dozens of programs to meet a variety of goals. Browse the courses and select a program that meets the theme and objectives of your educational event. If you want a custom event, we need to know at least 30 days in advance in order to customize our workshop and delivery materials. Also, if you plan on applying for continuing education, you will need an outline at least 60 days in advance.

2. Travel Arrangements
Our seminar coordination department handles every phase of the event for our instructors. Just tell them where and when your event will take place, and they will take care of the rest. We normally book travel and accommodations for the night before the event, with travel (flights) on the eve of the event itself. Certain time and travel restrictions may apply for remote location as well as the instructor's next day program. We will provide a full estimate in your contract with anticipated arrival and departure information for you in advance.

3. Audio Visual and Workbook Materials
Be sure to review and return our audio-visual checklist with your signed contract. It is very important that the facility you choose is able to provide the right environment for a technology program. Items like a very large projection screen, dimmable lights, coverable windows, comfortable room temperature and high fidelity audio services make the difference between a long day and a fun day! Our coordinators can assist you with any technical details you will need to confirm with your facilities. And don't forget to make copies of our workbook early. We'll email you a handout in ready-to-print format so you can be prepared far in advance of your program.

4. Sign and return your contract
We cannot hold dates for much longer than 10 days in most cases, so be sure to review and sign your contract at your earliest convenience. Be sure to review each clause and ask us any questions in advance. Then, fax it back to us and you're locked in! We'll begin planning to make your event the very best right away!
